Supreme Court: Heller Affirmed

Great news!!! The Supreme Court defined the Second Amendment as a guarantee of an individual’s right to own firearms in the District of Columbia vs. Heller case. The vote was close though, 5-4, with Breyer, Stevens, Souter and Ginsburg dissenting.
