Yes, this is a change in the right direction… and I said he would end up taking this position even if he does get elected without having changed it before taking office. But the man cannot be trusted at all. He’s just another politician out to say what he thinks will get him elected.

It’s ok for a politician to try to gauge the will of the people, but it’s good to have a leader with firm positions that shifts us all to him. The Oval Office needs a leader, not a legislator with his finger sensing the political winds of the day. Obama is not a leader and that disqualifies him from the office as far as I’m concerned.

We have 112 bil barrels (USGS) of domestic oil that is off limits and has been for 30 plus years. Show me anything that’s out there right now or even 10yrs from now that will replace 21 Bbl/d of oil….It doesn’t exist. Oil will be with the world for many decades to come weather you Greenies like it or not! You guys all believe we should ask other countries to drill for something we aren’t willing to do for ourselves. That’s the real embracement for America. We have enough domestic crude to last well over 60years, and that doesn’t even count the billions of barrels of Shale oil we can produce. Oh, did I forget Coal to oil? Get the picture?

“Peak Oil” is a lie put out there by decades of drumming from Green Peace & the Sierra Club K street lobby’s…You bought it though, didn’t you?
